How are credits charged?
Each generation shows an estimated credit cost before you submit. Model choice, duration, resolution, references, and audio can change the final cost.
What happens if a generation fails?
Failed jobs may be restored automatically depending on the failure path. If credits are not restored, send the task ID and account email to support so we can review the logs.
Can I get a refund?
Unused credit packs and recent subscription charges can be reviewed case by case. Used credits, successful generations, and abused promotions are generally not refundable. See the Refund Policy for details.
Are paid generations private and watermark-free?
Paid users can keep generations private by default and download without a branded watermark where the selected workflow supports it. Free generations may be public and watermarked.
Can I use generated videos commercially?
Paid workflows are designed for ads, product pages, social posts, and commercial campaigns. You are still responsible for rights to uploaded assets, prompts, people, logos, and brand materials.
Can I cancel a subscription?
Yes. Subscriptions can be canceled from account settings or through the payment provider where available. Canceling stops future renewal but does not automatically refund past usage.

Yes. The OpenSora 2 model is free and open source when you download and run it on your own hardware. Our hosted generation service is optional: it provides managed GPU infrastructure and uses credits for each video you create.
It depends on the product. Subscription credits roll over for the monthly plans currently shown in our catalog. The $9.99 starter pack is valid for 30 days, while the other pay-once packs are valid for 365 days. Check the product details at checkout for the terms that apply to your purchase.
The OpenSora model is released under the Apache 2.0 license, which permits commercial use subject to that license. Our hosted plans currently list commercial use as included. You remain responsible for the prompts, source materials, output, and any third-party rights, so this is not a blanket legal guarantee for every use case.
Payments are processed by the payment provider shown at checkout. If you choose a subscription, you can cancel it from your account; cancellation stops future renewals rather than removing access you have already paid for.
